Stadi za Kiswahili, Kitabu cha Mwalimu, Gredi ya 2 ni mwongozo unaomwelekeza mwalimu kuendesha vipindi vya Kiswahili darasani. Kwa mintarafu ya mtaala mpya uegemedo umilisi uliozinduliwa na Taasisi ya Ukuzaji Mitaala ya Kenya (KICD) mnamo Septemba 2017 na uliotumiwa kukiandaa kitabu hiki, mwalimu ni mwezeshaji wa mchakato wa ufundishaji na ujifunzaji. Mwongozo huu umetayarishwa kwa kutilia maanani ukweli huu.
Mwalimu amependekezewa jinsi ya kuandaa masomo, mbinu, zana na vifaa, utaratibu wa ufundishaji na jinsi ya kupima kiwango cha umilisi wa mwanafunzi baada ya kila kipindi. Aidha, Mwalimu amependekezewa jinsi ya kusimamia shughuli za mwanafunzi binafsi, za wanafunzi wawiliwawili na hata za makundi ya wanafunzi.
