DISTINCTION English For PTE is a course that is designed to help the student-teacher in primary teacher colleges master not only the subject but also the art of teaching English at the primary school level. It adopts the integrated approach to the teaching of English recommended in the revised PTE English syllabus in which the four basic language skills, namely Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing are not taught in isolation but as an integral unit.
