Initiate a Return via contact form or call us if you have any questions. Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies, please note we should receive the returned item within 7 working days after-which the return policy becomes null and void. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via m-pesa within 7 working days.
